General Returns

We want you to love every piece from Chaise & Home. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We're happy to help with exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Custom Furniture

Due to the bespoke nature of our custom furniture pieces, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage you to take advantage of our design consultation to ensure every detail is perfect before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
